2024 London Marathon to feature celebrity participants including Romesh Ranganathan, Christopher Eccleston, and Ruth Wilson. 50,000 runners including celebrities will take part in the 26.2-mile race for various charities. Ranganathan supports mental health charity CALM, Eccleston backs The Big Issue, and Wilson runs for Alzheimer's Research UK. Tom Grennan is raising funds for homeless charity Shelter.
