Three British Columbia hunters were fined and banned from hunting for 10 years each for unlawfully killing a pregnant deer and other wildlife near Kamloops. The men, who used spotlights to hunt at night, were fined $8,000 and $5,000, respectively, and their firearms and spotlights were seized. The case dates back to May 2020 when the men did not adhere to the open hunting season for deer.
