Yorkshire Dales park authority's planning officers recommend committee authorises forcing Moorcock Inn owner, Joanne Cox, to reverse extensive changes, returning bar and public areas to original use. Removal of tearoom and holiday let fixtures and alterations is advised. Cox plans to downsize and live at the only pub in Garsdale, converting the bar area into her home due to falling trade.
