53-year-old Sri Lankan murder suspect arrested in Germany, to be extradited to Romania for 1991 murder.

53-year-old Sri Lankan man, internationally wanted for a 1991 murder in Bucharest, was arrested in Germany in January, and will be extradited to Romania on April 23 to serve a 19-year prison sentence. The man killed a foreign citizen, tied him up, and threw his body into Lake Morii in Bucharest. Romanian police collaborated with their German counterparts to arrest the suspect in Moers, Germany.
