35-year-old Brian Rodriguez, accused of squatting in a Queens home and renting out bedrooms, faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted. Rodriguez was charged with burglary, grand larceny, and other crimes after homeowner Adele Andaloro discovered the front door changed when she visited her inherited property. Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz launched an investigation after a 7 On Your Side investigation exposed squatters in the city.
