Indian tech platform VerSe Innovation acquires Magzter, adding 8,500 premium magazines to Dailyhunt's portfolio.

Indian local language tech platform VerSe Innovation, the parent firm of news aggregator Dailyhunt, has acquired global digital newsstand Magzter in an undisclosed deal. The acquisition adds over 8,500 premium magazines and newspapers to Dailyhunt's portfolio, and will be offered as a subscription-based service called "Dailyhunt Premium", providing users access to international publishers' content in over 60 languages.
