16 research projects were selected for funding through the latest round of the Government's Te Pūnaha Hihiko: Vision Mātauranga Capability Fund. The $3.8M funding aims to strengthen Māori-science links and increase understanding of how research can benefit Māori orgs and NZ. Projects focus on reducing illness, improving wellbeing, and preparing for extreme weather events.
