50 people were displaced after a fire broke out at Norcross's InTown Suites Extended Stay on April 17. Firefighters were called around 5 p.m. to the Buford Highway location and found flames on the bottom floor, which had spread to nearby vegetation and the roof. The fire was brought under control within 30 minutes. No injuries were reported, and Red Cross officials are assisting the displaced residents.
