Oracle plans to invest over $8bn in Japan over the next 10 years to meet the rising demand for cloud computing and AI infrastructure. This investment will increase Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's (OCI) presence in Japan, and the company will also expand its operations and support engineering teams with Japan-based personnel to help customers and partners address digital sovereignty requirements.
