Tempe police seek public help in March homicide case. Joseph Lemons' body was found on 12 March near Priest Drive and Rio Salado Parkway. The body had been at the location since at least the previous day, and Lemons' last sighting was on Apache Boulevard and McClintock Drive. Police are asking anyone who saw Lemons or had contact with him between 10-12 March to call Tempe PD at 480-350-8311.
