Lakeland Dairies suffered an €8.1 million loss in 2023, down from a profit of €24.5 million in the previous year, partly due to a €14.5 million charge related to restructuring its business. The cross-border dairy group closed three plants and made over 50 staff redundant as part of the restructuring. The group's latest financial accounts show that revenue fell from €1.9 billion to €1.6 billion.
