High Court of FCT admitted three documents as evidence in the bribery trial of oil magnate Akintoye Akindele, MD/CEO of Duport Midstream Company. Akindele faces a one-count charge for bribing a police officer to compromise an investigation into alleged fund diversion from Summit Oil International Ltd. The judge adjourned the case to April 18 for the police to call their next witness.
