Lawsuit against Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott, accusing him of sexual assault, has been dropped in Dallas County and will be refiled in Collin County. The woman initially sued Prescott in Dallas County, but her attorney submitted paperwork to voluntarily drop the lawsuit. Prescott had filed a counter lawsuit against the woman in Collin County, where the alleged assault occurred.
