38 Chinese cultural relics were returned to China by the U.S. at a ceremony on April 17th in New York. The Manhattan District Attorney's Office handed the artifacts to a delegation from China's National Cultural Heritage Administration. This is the third time the memorandum of understanding between the two countries, signed in 2009, has been extended to prevent the illegal importation of Chinese cultural artifacts into the U.S.
