Azerbaijan's Parliament and New Caledonia's Congress signed a Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) acknowledging New Caledonia's right to self-determination and pledging to update the international community on this matter. The two parties aim to strengthen inter-parliamentary cooperation and facilitate the establishment of permanent relations between legislative bodies' commissions, committees, and organs.
