Zeda Haas, brother of Brisbane Broncos player Payne Haas, is mulling over civil action against authorities after police dropped all drug charges against him. Haas and another man were accused in August after police stopped their ute at Beresfield, following the interception of 4kg of methamphetamine with a street value of $3.5m. Both charges against Haas were dismissed at Newcastle Local Court, with a NSW Supreme Court judge describing the case as "extremely weak."
