Winnipeg police seek public help in locating Tyron Custer Harper, 30, wanted for 2nd degree murder in the February homicide of Kevin Delaney Flett, 26. Flett was found critically injured near Maryland Street and Wellington Avenue. The Homicide Unit asks anyone with information about Harper's whereabouts to call 204-986-6508 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-8477.
