50-year-old Carmain Milton was sentenced to 27 years in federal prison for three carjackings in St. Louis City, one of which resulted in the death of a 72-year-old man, Chen-Hsyong Yang, in September 2021. Milton used a pellet gun that resembled a real firearm during the crimes. He pleaded guilty to two counts of carjacking and one count of carjacking resulting in death in January.
