TokenEx and IXOPAY, leaders in cloud tokenization and payments orchestration, have agreed to merge, forming a new company called IXOPAY, a TokenEx Company. The combined entity will offer intelligent routing, risk management, and centralized reconciliation and settlements, supporting multiple payment processors to help merchants optimize authorization rates, reduce interchange fees, and maintain PCI-certified secure payment data. The merger, led by CEO Marc Olesen, combines TokenEx's expertise in payment data tokenization and IXOPAY's world-class payment orchestration, including transaction routing and reconciliation capabilities.
