NioCorp Developments Ltd. plans to voluntarily delist its common shares from the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) by May 3, 2024. The company's board of directors concluded that maintaining the TSX listing does not provide enough benefits to the company and its shareholders, considering that over 90% of its average daily trading volume takes place on the Nasdaq Capital Market. NioCorp's common shares will continue to be listed and traded on the Nasdaq under the symbol "NB".
