Nigerian socialite and businessman, Pascal Okechukwu (Cubana Chief Priest), was charged with naira abuse for allegedly spraying and tampering with the Nigerian currency at social events. Arraigned at Lagos' Federal High Court, Okechukwu pleaded not guilty and was granted a N10 million ($25,000) bail. The charges relate to the Central Bank Act of 2007 and involve incidents in 2020, January, and February 2024.
