New Nets Project averted 13mn malaria cases & 25k deaths in Africa over 3 years. The project delivered 56 million dual-insecticide nets across 17 malaria-endemic countries between 2019-2022, as insecticide resistance in mosquitoes poses a challenge. Unitaid and the Global Fund funded the initiative led by the Innovative Vector Control Consortium.
