Lagos State Government is in talks to extend the Blue Rail Line to Agbara, Ogun State, according to Lagos Metropolitan Area Transportation Authority (LAMATA) Director, Rail Transport, Mr Olasukanmi Okusaga. The Blue Line Phase 2 project, awarded in 2023, is scheduled to be completed within three years and includes six stations and three bridges within Lagos.
