Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi claimed that 80-90% of the people who made India's Constitution were Sanatanis, during a rally in Bihar's Gaya. Modi also criticized the opposition's allegation that the BJP was trying to change the Constitution and stated that even Baba Saheb BR Ambedkar, who had drafted the Constitution, cannot alter it. The Congress party attacked the Modi government on key issues of Bihar, including the state not being granted special category status as promised.
