Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast are planning a sequel to Baldur's Gate 3 despite Larian Studios stepping back from the series. Wizards of the Coast's Senior Vice President of Digital Strategy and Licensing Eugene Evans has confirmed that the company is talking to lots of partners about the future of the Baldur's Gate franchise. He added that while they hope it's not another 25 years before the sequel's release, they will take their time and find the right partner and product for the franchise.
