Former PM Najib Razak of Malaysia seeks court review to challenge existence of an addendum order, issued with consent of 16th Yang di-Pertuan Agong, that allows him to serve remaining 6 years of his prison sentence under house arrest. The High Court in Kuala Lumpur has set June 5 to decide on the leave application. Najib, convicted of embezzling funds, has been serving a prison sentence in Kajang Prison since August 23, 2022.
