Lionsgate TV plans to adapt Park Chan-wook's 2003 Oldboy into an English-language series, with Park as producer.

Lionsgate TV has announced plans to develop an English-language series adaptation of Park Chan-wook's acclaimed 2003 South Korean action thriller Oldboy. Park, the film's director and co-writer, will produce the series along with producing partner Syd Lim. This marks Park's latest American series following projects like The Little Drummer Girl, Snowpiercer, and HBO's The Sympathizer.
