28,586 carbon credits granted to carbon farming project led by Forever Wild in Western Australia's Boodanoo Wilderness Zone.

In outback Western Australia, a groundbreaking carbon farming project across two stations has been granted 28,586 carbon credits by the Clean Energy Regulator. This complex arrangement involves a charity group, a carbon farming company, and one of the nation's biggest banks. The project, led by "social enterprise" and charity group Forever Wild, operates a low-impact agriculture program on the 292,000-hectare Boodanoo Wilderness Zone, which includes the former sheep station Boodanoo and adjacent Narndee Station.
