Brookfield Zoo in Chicago introduces 2-year-old koalas Brumby and Willum, the first in its 90-year history, on a two-year loan from Australia.

Brookfield Zoo in Chicago will welcome two 2-year-old koalas, Brumby and Willum, for the first time in its history starting Memorial Day weekend. The koalas, on a two-year loan from the Australian government, will be housed at the Hamill Family Play Zoo. This marks the zoo's first introduction of koalas in its 90-year history, and is one of only 11 accredited facilities in North America hosting the marsupials.
