Irish dairy co-operative Aurivo, owner of Connacht Gold butter, faced a 71.6% decline in operating profits in 2023 due to falling dairy commodity prices and reduced external milk processing volume. Revenues dropped 16.4% to €638.6m, with EBITDA decreasing by 43.8% to €14m. Despite the financial challenges, Aurivo remains committed to investing in the business and supporting its farmer members.
