Arbitration court orders Juventus to pay Cristiano Ronaldo $10.5M over salary dispute.
An arbitration court has ordered Juventus to pay Cristiano Ronaldo over $10 million in a salary dispute. The dispute arose as a result of Juventus players deferring part of their salaries during the pandemic. Ronaldo sought €19.6 million ($22.1 million) in back wages, with the arbitration board ordering the club to pay €9.8 million ($10.5 million). Juventus is currently reviewing the decision with the support of its legal counsel.
