SiTime Corporation, a silicon timing device supplier, has introduced its "Chorus" chip line to improve efficiency in AI-focused data centers. Chorus chips offer 10 times more precision than older models, enabling data centers to save energy by turning off parts of the computer during brief periods of non-use. The chips, available in the second half of the year, only require less than a watt of power.
