39-year-old Wisconsin man, Jesse Vang, has pleaded not guilty to chronic child neglect charges related to the disappearance of a 3-year-old boy, Elijah Vue, in February. Vang was caring for Elijah when he vanished from his home in Two Rivers, about 30 miles southeast of Green Bay. Elijah's mother, Katrina Baur, has also been charged with child neglect. The search for Elijah Vue continues.
