39-year-old Tyreese Quinerley, of North Philadelphia, is wanted by Montgomery County police for the murder of Jefferson Shackford, 39, who was found dead near St. Joseph's University. Quinerley is believed to have killed Shackford inside his vehicle before leaving him on the sidewalk.
