33-year-old Schenectady father, Robert Buskey, faces manslaughter and endangerment charges for allegedly starving his 5-year-old daughter for four days, leading to her death. The child was found unconscious and not breathing at their home, and Buskey is due back in court on Friday. The mother's whereabouts are unknown, and another child, a 3-year-old, was also in the home and is expected to recover.
