Police Constable Ellis Thomas, 24, from North Wales Police, is charged with assault causing grievous bodily harm involving a 17-year-old boy outside Cube Nightclub in Bangor on January 29, 2023. The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) concluded a five-month investigation in April and sent a file of evidence to the Crown Prosecution Service. PC Thomas is set to appear before Llandudno Magistrates Court on April 17.
