97-year-old Col. Ralph Puckett Jr., last surviving Korean War Medal of Honor recipient, to be honored at U.S. Capitol Rotunda on April 29.

Last surviving Korean War Medal of Honor recipient, Col. Ralph Puckett Jr., will be honored with a ceremony at the U.S. Capitol Rotunda on April 29, following his death on April 8 at 97. The event recognizes his exceptional service and bravery during the conflict. Only six other Americans have lain in honor in the Capitol Rotunda, the last being World War II Medal of Honor recipient Hershel "Woody" Williams.
