Swiss private equity firm Partners Group acquires a minority stake in hotel investor Trinity Investments, committing up to $500m for acquisitions. Trinity Investments has $5.8bn in assets under management, and the deal aims to support Trinity's global growth. Partners Group will also have the opportunity to invest additional capital through Trinity's platforms.
