Ryanair plans to train 400 new pilots over the next four years in partnership with Atlantic Flight Training Academy. The Future Flyer Academy programme is open to individuals with little to no prior aviation experience, offering a path to employment as a Second Officer with Europe's largest airline group. The programme will combine classroom, simulator, and practical training to ensure pilots meet the standard required to operate Ryanair's Boeing 737 or Airbus A320 aircraft.
