2 people killed and 1 injured in a car crash on northbound Interstate 57 in south suburban Posen Tuesday morning. Illinois State Police responded to the crash near 147th Street, where a man and woman were ejected from the car. Both victims died, and a third person was taken to the hospital with serious, non-life threatening injuries. All lanes were shut down and traffic was diverted at 159th Street.
