63% of businesses in NI prioritize a new economic strategy, with 47% wanting a long-term infrastructure plan and 64% believing Westminster should support public spending in Northern Ireland with a new fiscal framework. The QES survey, conducted by Northern Ireland Chamber and business services group BDO NI, gathered responses from 216 businesses, employing around 37,000 people. Inflationary pressures and rising labour costs remain significant concerns for businesses.
