2023 2nd-round NHL draft pick Gavin Brindley signs a three-year, entry-level contract with the Columbus Blue Jackets. Brindley, who spent the 2023-24 season with the University of Michigan Wolverines, led the Big Ten in scoring with 25 goals and 28 assists in 40 games. The 19-year-old helped lead Michigan to the 2024 NCAA Frozen Four and represented Team USA at the World Juniors in 2023 and 2024, earning a gold medal in the latter event.
