New York City launches Project Home pilot program to aid 100 domestic violence survivors with children in shelters find permanent housing. The $300K initiative connects families with housing navigators, expanding access to Housing, Preservation and Development units for those in domestic violence shelters. Supportive housing for severe mental illness and substance use also becomes available.
