China reports narrowed declines in home prices in major cities in March, as official data shows that 70 large and medium-sized cities experienced reduced month-on-month home price decreases. Beijing's new homes remained flat, while Shanghai's increased by 0.5%. However, Guangzhou and Shenzhen experienced declines of 0.7% and 0.4% respectively. The National Bureau of Statistics reported that new home prices in 70 cities fell 2.7% in March from the previous year, marking a deeper decline than the 1.9% drop in February.
