Doctors Timothy Ehn and William Lawrence Siefert, from a Kentucky pain clinic, were sentenced for their roles in a $4M fraud scheme involving unnecessary urine drug tests. Ehn, the clinic owner and chiropractor, received a 2.5-year prison sentence and ordered to pay $3.77M in restitution. Siefert, the clinic's medical director, was sentenced to 1.5 years in prison and ordered to pay $1.97M in restitution. The two defrauded Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance companies, costing them over $4M.
