Derry's Spencer Road has been closed due to falling debris from an insecure building, impacting traffic coming from Victoria Road and Duke Street junction. Limited access is also unavailable from Fountain Hill, but the road is open until Mulvern Terrace. Emergency services are handling the situation, and motorists are directed to use Simpsons Brae as an alternative. The road reopened at 12:30pm.
