Former Delaware State Auditor Kathy McGuiness has filed to run for a seat in the Delaware House of Representatives for the 14th District, despite being convicted of three misdemeanors in 2022. The Delaware Department of Justice has decided not to retry her after one of her convictions was reversed earlier this year. McGuiness will face off against Marty Rendon and Claire Snyder-Hall in the Democratic primary.
