10B copper mine in Panama, built by First Quantum Minerals, faced anti-mining protests, idled, and plans to reopen with new government.

The project faced anti-mining protests and was left idle in the jungle. Now, the company plans to work with the newly-elected Panama government in May to reopen the mine.
