9-year-old girl punched in face at New York City's Grand Central Terminal; 30-year-old suspect, Jean Carlos Zarzuela, arrested and charged with assault. The attack occurred on Saturday in the dining concourse as the girl stood with her mother. The victim suffered dizziness and pain and was taken to the hospital for treatment. Zarzuela is known to the police and was released without bail for a similar assault earlier this month.
