Former Shetland teacher Stephen Tait, 41, has been jailed for 30 months for historical sex offences against six of his pupils. Tait, who previously taught in Fife, was convicted of six charges of lewd, indecent, and libidinous behaviour at Bell's Brae Primary School in Lerwick. The victims, now men, gave evidence during the trial. Tait was also added to the sex offenders register for life.
